Stehekin Landing Resort has 28 units varying in size and style. Most units are sleeping units for two or three people. These units offer kitchen facilities and have a forest or lake view.
#1 - Freestanding Handicap unit with outside deck and wheelchair ramp

#2 & #3 - Perfect for couples, but can sleep 3 -Queen and futon: $165/night: $125/night
#4 - Family unit: apartment style with adjoining bedroom

#7 - 2nd floor unit has loft with lake view: sleeps 6: 2 Queen beds and Queen pullout couch in living room space: $185/night: $145/night
#28 - 3rd floor unit in Alpine House with lake view over store roof: sleeps 7: 2 Queen beds, full and twin futon, small outside deck. $175/night: $135/night

Lake House (2-night minimum)

High-Season: $398 (for 4)
Off-Season: $325 (for 4)
This unit is located right on Lake Chelan and will accommodate up to 12 guests. Full kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, and washer/dryer.

Additional Guests: $10 per person per night
Children 5 and under are free

Additional Stay Discounts: Add additional discounts to longer stays:
3 night = 10% off lodging bill before taxes
5 night = 20% off lodging bill before taxes

Payment:
Payment in full is required to hold reservations. If paying with a check, payment must be received within 5 days after the room is reserved. Please keep in mind that your reservations are only tentative until your payment is received. Upon receipt of your payment, confirmation by email will be sent.

Cancellations/Refunds:  Cancellation of non-kitchen units require notification at least 14 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund; Cancellation of kitchen units requires notification at least 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund

Arrival:
Many of our guests arrive on the 10:45 boat, and we endeavor to have our units cleaned and ready for our incoming guests by check-in time. To best accomplish this, our check-out time is 10:30. A late check-out fee of $20 will be charged if keys are not turned in by check-out time, and an additional $10 for every hour after that. If a later check-out time is desired, guests must talk to a manager before 10:30. We will try to work with our guests on this, but it is only possible if no guests are checking into the vacating unit.

* There are no phones, TV's, air conditioning, or radios in our rooms.

* The Restaurant serves all meals daily during the high-season and on limited hours in the off-season.

* A small Convenience and Gift Store is located on site.
